Introduction on blade transport adaptor

From above picture, you may already understand, this blade transport trailer does not take ordinary pull-out structure, but take another method, that is, hydraulic device directly grabs blade and holds blade to achieve using short trailer transport long blade. 

During transport process, blade can rotate at 360 degree through hydraulic control, rotary support and annular slide track. Through cylinder extending, max. angle of blade is 60 degree (counting from blade tip touching the ground).

Through hydraulic device controlling, blade can move up and down, right and left, self-rotary, to avoid any obstacles, such as, tree, mountain, wires, etc. This blade transport adaptor solves the problem of transporting blade in mountain area. 

Maybe you have one question, that is, since blade is long, how does it guarantee balance? Is it not suitable to transport blade under high wind force? Please be ensured that all of them are not problem. Under high wind force, blade can turn by itself at 360 degree to avoid wind force. Gravity center is determined when design. Counter weight also assist balance. Meanwhile, slide track ensures safety and lower rotary table guarantees torque.

This blade transport adaptor can be mounted on low platform trailer with 60ton payload.
