The production capacity of the crusher for users is a very important part. What are the factors affecting this part?

The hardness of materials. The harder material is, the more difficult crushing, and crusher equipment is worn more seriously. Broken slowly, of course, crushing capacity down.

The humidity of materials. If materials containing more moisture content,  material in crusher is easy adhesion and plugging-up in the next conveying process, which will result in crushing capacity down.

The fineness of the crushed materials. High fineness, which requires the finer the material, the smaller the crushing capacity.

The composition of the material. Before crushing, the more fine powder inmaterial, the more influence on crushing result, because these fine powder easily adheres and then affects conveying. For more fine content, it should be sieved in advance.

The viscosity of the material. That is, the greater the viscosity of the material, the more easily adhere.

The better the wear resistance of the broken pieces, the more crushing capacity greater. If not hard-wearing, it will affect the crushing capacity.
