How to adjust the size of discharging of Jaw crusher?

Jaw crusher, usually named as the first crusher for the whole crusher plant in quarry. How to adjust the size of discharging according to actual situation to achieve maximum capacity during process?

First, screw off the inside screw of tension part and take off the spring. Second, loosen the bolts on the sides of rack and insert the hydraulic jack into the screw. Third, open the oil outlet valve and push out the adjusting shim by the handle. When it reaches the maximum discharging opening size, fix the bolts on the sides of rack: if shim is taken out, the discharging opening should reach the maximum size; if shim is interposed, the discharging opening should reach the minimum size. After satisfying customer’s requirement for discharging opening, loosen the bolts and hydraulic jack. With the push from the movable jaw’s own weight, the adjusting bearer and shims will close to the rack rear and fix the bolts on the sides of rack finally. The last step of adjusting discharging opening is to screw down the inside screw of tension part moderately and frap the spring.
